Douradores Downtown Flat

We paid €612 for two nights, and the apartment was in appalling shape. The listing photos on the website and booking site must be years old, because the place now looks nothing like them. At that price, it shouldn't be like this. The beds were the worst we've ever slept on, including both the single beds and the sofa bed. The mattresses were lumpy, and the pillows were bad too. In the master bedroom, the toilet was broken and ran constantly, so we couldn't sleep at all. We reported it in the morning, but they didn't fix it. Instead, they made excuses and texted us to shut off the main water valve. The other bathroom smelled terrible, the shower head was broken, and the stairs to the apartment had no light, which felt dangerous in the dark. There were dents all over the walls and peeling paint in places. The lamps were dusty, and the curtains and doors were stained. They didn't resolve any of it. I'm giving one star for the location.
