We loved staying here, and Louis and his team were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us warmly and put a lot of effort into sharing their passion for Lisbon and the surrounding area. The renovated rooms are super comfortable, and the mattresses were soft and cushy. The place sits in a small alley where cars don't usually go, so you're unlikely to be woken up. The staff were lovely too. A couple of small downsides: some bathrooms are tiny, and the larger rooms could use extra furniture. I guess that's just a matter of time, since the place is “new.” We'll be back.

The bedroom is big enough, though hardly generous, and the shared bathroom is decently equipped. The location is fairly central for Lisbon. The building feels like every centimetre has been squeezed for space, so the room is acceptable but nothing special. Fortunately, Lisbon is a city to explore, and the bedroom isn't the key part of a fun weekend.

The apartment was really quiet, clean, and roomy, with a huge fridge and freezer and even a little outdoor space. We had a great four-night stay in July 2018. The old streets around it are lovely, and the tourist areas are an easy walk away. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in Lisbon.

A comfortable, straightforward place to stay in Lisbon. The rooms were nice and clean, and the service was lovely. From this great location, it only takes a few minutes to walk into the city or up to Castello de S. Jorge.

The owners were nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was okay, especially given what it costs to get around by Uber. A bin in the room, shampoo or shower gel in the shared bathroom, and even one small mirror in the room would have been useful.
