Downtown Douradores by Homing

The location is the only reason I'm giving this place one star. We paid €612 for two nights, and the apartment was in appalling shape. The master bedroom toilet was broken and kept running all night, so we couldn't sleep at all. We reported it in the morning, but they didn't repair it. Instead, they made excuses and texted us to shut off the main water valve. We also reported the awful smell in the other bathroom and the lack of a light on the stairs to the apartment, which felt dangerous in the dark, but those problems were left as they were. The shower head was broken, the walls were dented, and paint was peeling. Both the single beds and the sofa bed had lumpy mattresses and terrible pillows, the worst we've ever slept on. Dust covered the lamps, and the curtains and doors were stained. The apartment looks nothing like the photos on the website and booking site, which are clearly years old. At that price, it shouldn't be like this.
