EPIC SANA Marques Hotel

The spa and wellbeing center made our stay especially memorable. Everyone I met there was friendly, professional, and supportive. Raquel and Denise, along with the woman who arranged the appointment, gave such warm, thoughtful service that they deserve recognition. I’d recommend the relaxing, high-end spa to future guests, and I’d stay here again. The only disappointing part was dealing with two women at reception. When we asked about the spa, they were cold and told us to contact the spa ourselves, with little basic politeness or willingness to help. That small unpleasant moment didn’t outweigh the rest of the great experience, and I still recommend the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in early January 2026, right at the start of the new year. They upgraded us for free to a room with a beautiful view over Lisbon, then surprised us with a lovely chocolate birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. Thanks for making the stay so special. We’ll be back, and it doesn’t have to be for a birthday.

Housekeeping was the standout for me. The room was spotless, towels were refreshed even twice a day, and after I used my bathrobe at the spa they changed it right away without me asking. I’ve never had such good housekeeping at a hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, have a nice view, and come with all the amenities you could need. Water was complimentary every day. Breakfast was wonderful, with eggs made to order, fresh orange juice, pancakes, and plenty more. I overslept on my last day, but even though checkout was at noon, they kindly let me stay until 1 pm. The spa isn’t very big, but it’s lovely for relaxing, with a warm pool and two saunas. I also loved the location by a beautiful park and just around the corner from Av. Liberdade, with its high-end shops and famous brands. Maybe the Sana chain isn’t as well known internationally, but I think the service beats the nearby luxury hotels. Everything was quick and easy from the moment I arrived. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and if I return to Lisbon, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool was so calming, and the views over Lisbon were breathtaking. There’s also a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, conference rooms, and great food. Epic Sana in Lisbon gave me an amazing stay, and it’s exactly where you’d want to be. Highly recommend!
