Eurostars Lisboa Parque

The rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. Eurostars Parque Lisboa is in an excellent location. The only thing that kept the stay from a full five stars was that the room temperature ran a bit too high. I'd definitely come back.

The staff made this hotel feel top shelf. They were super friendly and helpful, and when I had to move around a bit for different reasons, they didn't bat an eye. Rooms were nice, though some were bigger than others. That bathtub was soooo extra! Ask for a room with two twin beds side by side if you want to sleep like royalty. The lobby pastries added about 3059275 calories to our visit, but they were a nice touch!

Eurostars Lisboa Parque was a beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great spot. Leonoire deserves a special thanks for being so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. The client service was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

I use this parking garage regularly because it's under the Eurostars hotel and convenient for the gym. The payment machine broke down and took ages to restart. During that delay, my fee went from €1.80 to €2.40. The agents were there when I scanned my ticket and saw the price change. They still charged me more for the wait, even though the delay was caused by their equipment. I don't care about the €0.60 itself, it's the principle. Customers shouldn't be penalized when the machine doesn't work. There was no accountability, the service was poor, and they showed no respect for people's time. I park here because I have to, not because it's well run. If you have another nearby option, use it. P.S. I'll take this review down if Eurostars management contacts me to address the issue. I'm also escalating it to parking management.
