My stay was really enjoyable. The location is peaceful but still close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and the terrace is very tranquil. I didn't try the gym, though it looked decently equipped. At night the bar has a calm, intimate feel, perfect for a cocktail. Staff were attentive to my needs and handled my requests exactly as asked, which pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast bar was tasty and could accommodate different dietary restrictions. The room was comfortable for one person. The bed was great, and the linens, towels, bathrobes, and slippers were all crisp and clean.

The rooftop view was stunning, and we enjoyed the modern, sleek, futuristic design. On our short weekend stay, the 24/7 sauna, pool, hammam, and gym were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with the parking. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality, including fresh fruit, salads, and delicious pastries.

The 24-hour pool, gym, and sauna were amazing, and every time we visited they were clean and empty. The location is perfect, right next to a metro station. I loved the hotel so much I could've happily spent the whole weekend there. A few things got on my nerves: the bathroom doesn't offer much privacy, so make sure you're staying with people you're comfortable around. Some light buttons didn't work properly, though you can work around that. The blinds shift automatically when you enter or leave the room, and they're pretty loud. I felt bad for the neighbors when we came back late at night.

The 24/7 pool, sauna, and gym area was excellent and perfect for the children. The hotel is very close to the Metro, and breakfast had a good range of choices. We had a lovely stay with the family and would definitely recommend it. The room was too hot for us, and we couldn't get the AC working. I assume it was switched off for winter. Breakfast was also marked down because there were no hot plates or lamps keeping the food warm.

Check-in was easy and the room itself was nice, but the AC didn't work and it got unbearably hot. I told the front desk several times, and each time they assumed I didn't know how to set the temperature. Once I showed them that wasn't the issue, they told me to wait because the system took a long time to cool the room. I waited until I had to leave, and nobody came to adjust or fix it or offer help.
