The location gets a star, and so does the cleaning staff. Beyond that, it was a bad stay. The staff on the phone were unfriendly when we arrived. There’s a construction site directly across the street, which should have been mentioned, especially with windows that don’t insulate sound. The walls are so thin you hear the neighbors, traffic, tram, and people outside. One room’s air conditioning smelled too bad to use; the unit in the other room was very loud, adding to all the noise.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, but there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room and the windows didn’t block sound. It’s a hotel that also operates as a hostel.
