Fenicius Charme Hotel

We felt looked after as people, not just customers, and had some great conversations with the staff. Everyone was helpful and smiling, always answering our questions. The Director went above and beyond to make this Christmas trip gift unforgettable for my fiancé, from helping before we booked to guiding us through our first visit to Lisbon. We came to see the markets and wonderland Lisboa. Our room had lots of space, a beautiful balcony view, and good temperature settings. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with fresh food that tasted really nice to me. The location worked well too, with public transport to the centre nearby and local shops and amenities within walking distance. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and the hotel clean and well presented. It was peaceful, with no noise or other issues disturbing our sleep. The welcome was great, and I’d humbly recommend staying here if you want personal care. For an independent hotel, it’s well equipped and deserves a 4 or 5 star rating for its service. Thank you again, Fenicius Charme Hotel. We’ll be back very soon!

The staff seemed bored and incompetent. Our room wasn’t ready on time, and when we tried to look at how it was arranged, they stopped and scolded us. While we waited, the maids were joking and laughing instead of cleaning the room, where we were supposed to at least put our bags. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the organization, the staff, or the useless location.

The breakfast area was really spacious and tidy, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. There was a great variety of cereal, hot food, drinks, bread, fruit, pastries, and more. The eggs were especially tasty and well seasoned.

The hotel is cute, everything worked well, and we had a great experience. The staff were helpful and even made eggs without butter for my friend because of her dairy allergy. Breakfast was delicious, with bread, cheese, fruit, pastries, eggs, meat, and drinks.
