The big problem is collecting the apartment key. You have to walk to a place on the other side of the city, about 45 minutes away, or spend 30 minutes getting there on public transport. We lost half a day just picking it up, so keep that in mind. Once inside, the house was very clean and had everything you could need, including a nice kitchen and a lovely living room. The building and apartment furniture were almost new.

After a long day exploring Lisbon, it was great to come back and relax in the apartment. The listing photos were accurate, which was a relief, and every room was clean and well equipped with air conditioning. I was a little surprised there were three toilets, two with ensuite showers. The kitchen was fully equipped too. Highly recommended.

The dining room had stunning views of the Tagus River, and the apartment had everything we needed. But the video intercom didn’t work, and with only one key we had to keep our phones on us. There was also just one remote for all the air conditioning units, so you had to get up to adjust them. With those issues, and the service quality not matching the price, I can only give it three stars.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and superb. It’s in the historic Graça district, handy for shops and transport, including the famous tram 28.
