Garden Rooftop by Imperium

Just an hour before the event, the host told us the booking covered only the rooms, and we couldn't use the rooftop or pool. That hadn't been mentioned before, and both amenities were clearly shown in the original booking. My friend had booked this place specifically for her birthday, with rooftop and pool access listed as key reasons for choosing it. We'd planned around that and were all excited. The last-minute change felt manipulative and disrespectful, ruined the celebration, and caused everyone a lot of unnecessary stress. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't trust this host again. What should've been a joyful day turned into a mess because of his dishonesty.

The facility is at the top of a hill, and no taxi will take you there. I doubt delivery can get there either. For 400 euros a night, the service was nonexistent and the attitude was terrible. I booked specifically for the rooftop pool, but on check-in day found out that my booking, advertised as including a pool, didn't offer one. They charge in advance, and once you've paid, don't expect decent service. The owner wouldn't let me bring my own food, even though they don't have a restaurant, serve no food, and don't even provide a mini fridge. No thanks.

The location was nice, but we couldn't enjoy it because we had to find somewhere else that same day. This place costs a fortune, yet the host treats guests like garbage. The host's answer was, "you can see it, hense there's a pool," and it turned out there was no shared space after all.

The air conditioning worked and the parts that weren't rotting were relatively clean. The place makes for a funny story now, though not for any good reason. It's a creepy little place on a road most cars can't reach, on the sixth floor with no lift and a long climb up. It calls itself rooftop, but access depends on booking the right room, and ours had tiny windows and no view. The listing's long description says the rooftop garden is only available in certain apartments, but the photos show rooftop views for all of them. That felt misleading at best and like a con at worst. The shower floors were rotting wood and smelled bad. Dusty fake plants smelled too, and the top-floor bannister came loose with the lightest touch, which felt like a health hazard. Breakfast was served in a random little side room, and the whole place was pretty dilapidated.
