The bedding was a real problem. We pointed out stains and hairs as soon as we arrived, and the owner said she'd arrange fresh sheets. The replacements were stained too, and she said they were clean despite the obvious marks. The room itself was cramped, with little space for our things, and the bed was a very uncomfortable small double rather than a proper one. We chose the ensuite option, but the toilet and shower were behind glass right beside the bed, with very little privacy unless you're a couple. The supposed terrace was only a walled-in square with no real view, just a bit of sky. Thin walls also meant we could easily hear the guests upstairs.

The place's one real plus is its location. In hindsight, we'd have been better off booking a room without a bathroom and using the larger, more comfortable shared one. Our private bathroom was only a glass partition around a shower and toilet, barely a meter from the bed, and the sink was right beside it too. The room was in poor shape: dirty bedding, no window or ventilation, and an old air conditioner that didn't work. It smelled strongly of damp and mold, and sounds from the hall and neighboring rooms came through the thin doors. I wouldn't recommend it at this price.
