The location is handy for public transport, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly, but a bad smell in our room took three days of keeping the balcony door open just to lessen, not clear. Several spots in the room badly need maintenance. WiFi wasn't great, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need to work at the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing too, both in the limited options and the taste. It was an okay stay, but I won't choose this place if I return to Lisbon.

Although it's listed as a one-star hotel, it feels more like three stars. The rooms have been renovated recently, the facilities are great, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is good for the price, and while the location is good, it's not near downtown. The overall value is high, and I strongly recommend it.

The location is convenient for both the airport and central Lisbon, yet the neighbourhood is calm enough for a good night's rest. Our room was lovely and large, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was very good. We arrived very early and they let us in before check-in time. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were friendly and ready to help with what we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Obrigado!!!

The hotel is well located and breakfast was good. Cleaning could be better. There's refurbishment happening on the outside right now, so if your room has a balcony, you won't be able to use it.

It's on a quiet street right by a central road full of shops and restaurants, and the subway station is close too. For a small price, this is a very good hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good enough, and some renewal work is still going on.
