The owner, Joao, was polite, kind, and helpful, a real gentleman. Everything felt carefully organized, from the layout to the design, and there was a lot of care behind how the place was run. It had the comfort I’d expect from a small luxury hotel. I’d stayed somewhere called Ski room before, and here I found everything I needed: an iron, hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine, and fully equipped kitchen. Hot water came right away, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and my stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
