The studio with a terrace was large and clean, with a working kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, and even a dishwasher, though we never used it. Check-in was all online, and we got in with a code. There was one detergent pod. The shower drain was badly blocked on our first day, so showering was like standing in a pool. Maintenance came the next day. We also saw ants and bugs, and the terrace view wasn’t as nice as what other hotels offer. Cleaning is only done after seven nights, so I wouldn’t recommend staying more than two.

The room didn’t feel healthy to stay in. There was mold behind the curtains and in the bathroom, and the toilets were dirty, as the photos show. The door had swollen from water and wouldn’t shut without an adult forcing it. The staff didn’t seem to care.

The rooms are roomy and come well equipped with coffee and tea. These modern apartments are right by Marques de Pombal, which is a great spot. I’d definitely stay again.

There was serious damp and mold throughout the apartment, and the smell hit us as soon as we walked in. We asked to move, but they just kept giving us the runaround. They showed no concern even after we explained we had two small children. The listing photos also felt misleading, the apartments looked nothing like what was advertised.
