Lisbon Art Stay Hotel & Apartments

Ivan and everyone at the front desk helped make our stay lovely. We booked two rooms for seven people, and everything went smoothly. The staff were attentive, quick to respond, and warm. Downstairs there's a lounge with easy entertainment and good food. The hotel itself is old, charming, quirky, and full of soul, and the location works especially well if you're in Lisbon without a car. For a larger group, I'd try to get the family room. Some other rooms are a bit older, while the suites are very nice for couples.

I had a spacious studio, and the toiletries and services provided were great. The front desk is open around the clock, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, including when I felt unwell in the middle of the night. There are two bars, one on the rooftop and another on the main floor, where they serve food and have live music nightly. I was on the top floor and could hear a little music from both bars in my room, but earplugs blocked it out nicely. The hotel is conveniently set in the heart of Chiado.

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, which was more room than two of us needed. It would work really well for a family, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a proper kitchen equipped for cooking or heating food. The place was clean and well maintained inside, despite the old building, and breakfast had enough variety to start the day. Front desk staff were friendly and answered our questions. Lisbon Art Stay Aparthotel made a great base in Rossio, near the metro and within easy walking distance of nearly everything in Lisbon. I’d happily book again. People partying nearby can sometimes be heard, so earplugs are a good idea if noise bothers you.

The breakfast was the best I've had, and the views were stunning. It's easy to get around on foot from the location right on rue Augusta. The woman at the front desk was great and let us have our room an hour early. Such an amazing stay!
