Lisbon Boulevard

My family and I travelled to Lisboa in March 2023 and booked an apartment called Lisbon Boulevard. The service was terrible. They sent us access instructions, but the code didn’t work. It was 11:30 p.m., and we were there with two elderly people and a child. We had to find a hotel instead. The property didn’t answer our calls or messages, then claimed we hadn’t shown up to stay. We have screenshots, and the taxi driver who helped us can confirm what happened. The property won’t take responsibility or refund us, and Booking also won’t take responsibility for a provider it promotes on its platform. We paid R$3,000.00 and got back only a small part. The service wasn’t provided because of their problem and lack of assistance, yet they won’t accept responsibility. I’m going to pursue my rights in court. I booked four places in Italy through Airbnb and had no problems with any of them. I can’t even leave a review to warn other customers, because Booking’s platform doesn’t let us report what happened if we didn’t actually stay there. A complete disregard for us and terrible service!

The service was wonderful, everyone was so kind, and everything was magnificent. You should be proud. Thank you so much for everything. Big kisses, and have a happy New Year ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent place, comfortable, and close to everything. You have everything you need right at hand.

Great location, spacious and clean.
