The rooms are a decent size, especially the three bed one, even though the place itself is small. That makes it quieter and gives it the feel of a real home. The atmosphere was fantastic, the price was amazing, the service was lovely, and the location was perfect. I honestly couldn't find anything to fault. Staff were really helpful with more than just information. They also lent us things like umbrellas and adapters when we needed them. Breakfast was included, with plenty of variety and good food too. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone heading to Lisbon.

There can be a wait for the bathrooms, especially in the morning, because the place is so full. The rooms were cleaned every day and the shared bathrooms were nearly always clean too. Any mess I saw seemed to come from other guests. We both loved staying here.

The rooms are clean, and there's a nicely arranged lounge upstairs. Breakfast has lots of choices. Room quality can be quite different even within the same category, though, and I found the staff could be friendlier and more attentive. Still, it's a good place to stay.

The staff were so nice, and the place was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good too. Just be aware there's no elevator and a lot of stairs, so don't bring heavy bags. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back.

It's been nine months and I still haven't received a refund. I booked through booking.com in January 2020, then had to cancel under their "free cancellation policy." I've contacted them, but I can't accept any more excuses. They told me to "be patient" because they had no money. I don't see how a business can operate without cash flow, and you can't take customers' money for a service they never got. This is ridiculous. Be careful, stay away, and find a better hotel or apartment.
