The apartment was lovely and in a great location, and otherwise we had a very good stay. I’d asked for a crib, but they didn’t provide one, which was pretty annoying. If they’d told us, we could have brought our own.

On my first night there was only hot water in the bathroom, with no cold water, so I couldn’t flush the toilet or shower. The place wasn’t clean either: the oven was filthy, the floor was dusty, and there was mold in the shower. The shower door was hard to open from inside, and I was afraid I might get stuck. The director was super rude and wouldn’t cancel the remaining nights. Her only concern seemed to be keeping the money I’d paid. The staff were unprofessional and clearly didn’t know how to handle a situation like this. I’d be very cautious about staying here.

We were robbed inside the flat. Never stay here!

We had a wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location, with a lovely view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely equipped, and the staff were kind and helpful. Pedro, our concierge, did a great job getting us settled and familiar with the area, helping us find whatever we needed, and directing our daughter to meet us. Many thanks to Pedro!
