The view from the window was fantastic, and the location was amazing. There were so many good restaurants nearby we had a hard time choosing, and every one we tried was excellent. The apartment was exactly as promised: clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom and shower. It's small, there are lots of stairs, and the square can be a bit noisy, but none of that should come as a surprise. I'd stay here again.

The AC and Wi-Fi didn't work at any point during our stay. We reminded the staff and followed up literally every hour, but they did nothing. They clearly don't care about your experience, and the 24/7 hotline is a joke. I absolutely hated it.

Don't go there! The bed was broken when we arrived, and the bathroom smelled. Every night we could hear everything, so there wasn't a single night we could sleep properly. There's no elevator either. Nobody wants to haul heavy luggage up the stairs or climb them after a day spent walking Lisbon's hills. Don't go there!

The apartment is small, but the location was so good that it didn't matter to us. It's close to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions, and the views are beautiful. The whole place was very clean, and the modern shower worked great. If you need accessible accommodation, this isn't a good choice. It's on the fourth floor of an old building with no lift.

Great location, and it all worked out well in the end, so the stay was very memorable. The apartment was colorful, but the lock didn't work well, and the stairwell was dark and scary. The caretaker in 2016 was really helpful and suggested things to do, including Troia Beach, which turned out great. A resident of the building was always unlocking the outside door because a drunk English couple couldn't figure out the lock when they got home late at night, loudly enjoying their honeymoon.
