The location was really convenient, close to the metro, Tram number 28, and a bus stop. The staff were all nice and polite, and Angelica was especially helpful and welcoming. I stayed four nights in a 3 bedroom room. The room and toilet were cleaned every day.

One of the worst hostels in Lisbon. We won’t come back. The bed sheet was dirty and had long hair on it. When we asked for a change, they said they were out of staff, so we left the hostel late at night.

This hostel was really, really bad. It was filthy, and there were bedbugs everywhere.

I found bed bugs and wouldn’t stay here again. When I brought it up with the staff the next morning, they brushed me off and said it was a food allergy.

The room and shower were very clean, and the service was friendly. We needed somewhere for two nights while visiting Lisbon, and the price was reasonable.
