It's self-service accommodation, with clean rooms and a very good location near Rossio square, Martom Monis metro stop and markets. Don't be surprised if there's no reception. You'll need three codes to get in: one for the outdoor door, one for the inside door, and one for the room key box. Be sure to get the long codes.

I booked because the location was very good, but the room was cramped and small for a family of four. When the weather is warm it can get stuffy, and the AC wasn't efficient enough when we stayed. This was a while back.

The room itself was good, but the staff communication could be much better. They don't mention that you can leave luggage at the hotel before check-in, and storing it after check-out costs €5.

It's a walk from here to Lisbon's main attractions, and tram line 28 is very close. The rooms are in a multistorey building with no lift or specific services. They're clean and suitable for self-catering. You might get a good view if your room is on the right side.

We made the reservation four months ahead, then heard less than a week before check-in that the room was overbooked and our booking had been cancelled. We got the shocking news while already on vacation and had to find somewhere else at the very last minute. I've travelled around Europe and never had this happen before. Very disappointing. The management seemed poorly organized and, to me, this was an unethical way to do business. They didn't honor our reservation, which made it feel like the business didn't care about its guests. Save yourself the headache and stay away if you can.
