The rooms were dirty, and the staff treated guests with contempt. Everyone I encountered seemed rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with a dismissive, disrespectful tone. It felt like talking to guests was a nuisance instead of part of their job, and basic hospitality seemed completely absent. This was a deeply disappointing, almost offensive experience. This hotel is a disaster, and I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Yes, it’s open again now, and it’s cleaner.

The night shift service was especially bad. Those staff members were disrespectful and made me feel like an inconvenience, and from the start the attitude I encountered was arrogant and dismissive. Hotel service here is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

The service is hard to describe. People are allowed into your room at any time without your permission, and staff don’t even bother to knock. One of the staff members was very rude and mannerless.

There’s no privacy here. Anyone can come in at any time without knocking. Don’t stay there.
