Lisbon Skyline Terrace

There is no heating in this ground-floor flat, so it stays cool and damp in the shade, with no sun coming through the window even during the day. The furniture seems to swell from the moisture and its surface coating is coming off. The terrace is really just an exit, with a small area and no view; part of its original space appears to have been used for the bathroom. You can see neighboring basement walls and hardly any sky. The kitchenette and other furnishings are contemporary, but the wooden ceiling means every footstep and chair moving in the flat above is clearly audible. The 20 RC - Lisbon City Studio Apartment is in an old alley in central Lisbon, between Campo dos Martires da Patria square and Avenida Almirante Reis. It's on the ground floor of a three-story old town house, where the other flats are presumably used for tourists. I wouldn't recommend it for the winter months, from October to April.
