Lux Lisboa Park

When we asked reception about the Wi-Fi, the receptionist was rude and impatient. He said it was working and there was nothing he could do if we couldn't connect. He later came to our room, but kept insisting that nobody else had the problem and that it was only us, instead of trying to find a fix. The whole exchange showed a serious lack of professionalism and customer service, and left us very disappointed with the hotel's service.

I’d love to come back. The staff were kind and understanding when my flight was delayed and my luggage didn’t arrive until the next morning. They kept it safe for me until I could collect it, so I could get a good night’s sleep. The pool is beautiful, the doors felt secure, and room service was great, with fresh changes each time we went out. Best hotel I’ve stayed at.

I stay here whenever I'm in Lisbon because it's such a nice hotel. On my latest booking, there was a cancellation mistake, and the hotel was already full. Janaina, Isabella and Oleh went out of their way to find me another room. I ended up with a better room than the one I'd booked, and paid less. I really appreciate the extra effort. One love forever!

The Front Desk Manager's response made an already stressful stay worse. She was rude and dismissive, and acted as if we were a nuisance instead of helping. For a hotel in this category, that was unprofessional and unacceptable. We had booked a family room but were given a double at check-in. When we raised it the next day, the manager promised a complimentary dinner and airport transfer as compensation. Neither happened. When we took the transfer, the driver and night receptionist knew nothing about it, so we paid CHF 35 ourselves. The delay nearly made us miss our flight. We were very disappointed.
