Shopping and the metro are close by, and it's a clean, peaceful little gem at a good price. Joao and the staff were incredibly helpful, flexible, and fun, though be ready for a flood of tips from Joao. We had a great time, especially when we went bowling. The owners seem like jerks, but fortunately we only had to deal with the great staff.

It's a really clean place, with a professional cleaner coming every day. Joao at reception is a cool lad and had loads of advice about what's going on in Lisbon. He even took a guest to the airport, which was way above and beyond.

The location is good and the staff are nice and helpful. The problem is that from 11pm until 11am there's nobody at reception, and all three phone numbers were out of order.
