The host and this place were the worst I've experienced. I booked through bookingCOM, but it didn't match the description. There was no heating, and the terrace window wouldn't close, which felt like a serious safety and comfort problem. They didn't try to help and just seemed interested in taking the money. DON'T BOOK THEM!

In January there was no working heat, the window frames had holes underneath, and one window wouldn't shut. The owner or employee kept telling us that being cold is normal in Portugal, and that if I wanted heat I should go to Brazil. It felt like a rip-off. We booked because the score on booking. com was 9, but Booking isn't doing proper checks on these properties. When we arrived at night, they refused to find a solution and just said they couldn't do anything and that I should calm down. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't book this place!
