Next Level Premium Hotels

We found the hotel comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and always helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a great inclusion, though a little more variety would have been nice. For a short stay, it was perfect. We loved our time here and would definitely come back.

We stayed for three nights in late September, our first time at a Next Level, and were very pleased. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Ours had a queen bed and a twin. We slept in the queen, which was very comfortable; the twin seemed ideal for a child or teen, though perhaps its mattress wouldn’t suit an adult. We had no issues with the do not disturb sign being ignored, despite another reviewer mentioning that. When we needed replacements for things housekeeping would normally leave, the desk got them for us. We’d skipped breakfast because of the cost, but tried it on our last morning and were pleasantly surprised by the good food and plenty of choices. We’d likely have it more often if we returned. We prefer staying a little away from the main tourist areas, so the location might not suit everyone. For us, the 25-30 minute walk to the city center was just right, and the metro was clean and convenient when we used it. I’d definitely stay here again in Lisbon.

Getting around on foot was easy from here, and I walked to most of the places I wanted to see. I stayed in late February. The room was simple and cozy, clean, and had the basics; heating and air conditioning were available. The bed was comfortable enough, and the staff were friendly. I skipped breakfast since there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Checking out at 5am was quick and easy. A comfortable, convenient choice for a short stay. 👍

The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were consistently polite and pleasant. I especially want to thank the front desk for their help and guidance. The room was clean, a good size, and well equipped. The hotel is close to a lovely park, on safe, pleasant streets, and only a short walk from the main streets. I’ll definitely come back.
