The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, the beds extremely comfortable, and the location beautiful. But management, customer service and guest relations need major improvement. On the first morning, loud maintenance and construction in a neighboring room woke me early. I contacted reception several times asking them to stop it and got no response. The manager said it would last only an hour, but the noise carried on throughout my stay. I asked to move somewhere quieter and was told no rooms were available, despite the disturbance. Housekeeping also didn’t refill coffee, tea and water properly. When I asked for supplies, they arrived in an unprofessional way, and the same refill problem continued even after I asked staff to take care of it on the following days.

Paula at the front desk deserves a special thank you for her incredible help. She made me feel welcome and well looked after. The restaurant and lobby bar teams were also so hospitable during my meals, and service throughout the hotel was top-notch. My room was impeccable. NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade is perfectly placed on Avenida da Liberdade, within walking distance of the best shops and historic sites. I had an absolutely amazing stay and highly recommend it.

The room had a terrace and lovely views, and the rooftop bar views were lovely too. Breakfast was phenomenal and room service efficient. The location was perfect for shopping and the historic area, all within walking distance. I was welcomed with a glass of lemonade in the beautiful lobby. Front desk staff spoke English and were patient and polite. I’d stay here again!

A very nice, easy-to-reach hotel in central Lisbon. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Even on the 9th floor, the shower had great pressure and got as hot as I wanted.

Lisbon looks superb from up here. The rooftop terrazza Martini is a must if you enjoy rooftops like I do. Super cool design, excellent cocktails and friendly service. Hernan was professional, friendly and informative.
