Numa Lisbon Anjos

The rooms are clean and modern, but my week-long stay was noisy every day. Traffic on the street meant constant honking and ambulance sounds, along with construction outside. There was also ongoing work inside the building that made the walls vibrate. The curtains don't keep out the sun either. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay, this isn't the place.

The metro nearby made it easy to get around Lisbon's neighborhoods, and the hotel was good value for its location and spacious rooms. Breakfast was a highlight: a delicious spread at a cafe just a short walk away. I also appreciated the extra toiletries, laundry facilities, and other thoughtful amenities. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Numa Lisbon Anjos and would happily book again or recommend it to other travelers.

The rooms were great, and I enjoyed my stay. The location suited me, not too far from either the airport or city centre. There were useful shared facilities, including a laundry room and common room. Staff came in to clean, take out the rubbish, and make the beds.

The rooms were clean and nicely presented, but I couldn't get a good night's sleep. There were no bed sheets, just a thick comforter, and with the room around 22°C it was too warm. The pillows were extremely high, with no other option. I asked for a towel to use instead and was told, “no problem,” but when I came back later that night, nothing had been brought. I've stayed in many four-star hotels across Europe and haven't had this happen before. It's disappointing that such simple requests weren't taken seriously.
