The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were spotless and incredibly quiet. The shower pressure was the real highlight, so strong it could strip paint! An Uber into central Lisbon took about 10 minutes and cost around 6 euros. There was also a gym, sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor pool when the weather allowed. The welcome was incredible, and I highly recommend the place.

The meals were a real highlight. When I asked for something that wasn't on the menu, the team quickly and politely said they could make it, and it came out perfectly, with quality ingredients. The chef clearly knows what they're doing. The staff were just as impressive, communicating well and treating every interaction professionally. The palace is beautiful, with lovely city views and well-kept grounds and facilities. Its quiet setting still makes it convenient for seeing Lisbon. Some areas could use a modern refresh, though. The classic character is lovely, but updating parts of the hotel would bring them closer to the standard of the service and food. Thank you, and God bless you and your family 😊

The gardens are lovely, and the hotel has plenty of charm. The staff are friendly and helpful, which really makes the place. The lounge stays open for most of the day, with piano music from 7:30 pm. The spa was very nice too. People from outside the hotel have told me the restaurant serves excellent suckling pig. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to tonight. It has everything I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

Everyone on the team made us feel so welcome, from the moment we checked in through checkout. Thanks to all of them for making the stay so memorable. Our sincere thanks to everyone!

Theresa gave me a fabulous treatment, and the spa was clean and a real gem. The warming bed felt great. I couldn't stay long in the dry sauna or steam room because I get too hot. The changing rooms were lovely, and the indoor pool was heated. The outdoor one was heated too, but less so, which felt just right in late September. There were flowers everywhere, inside and out, and the grounds were spectacular. Bruno was a great doorman, and I loved everyone there. The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was Michelin quality, and I enjoyed the afternoon tea. Our room was cozy. Such a beautiful place. Best hotel ever! I'd absolutely recommend this beautiful Lapa Palace to anyone who wants to feel special.
