We could easily have stayed longer. Our five nights passed so quickly in a clean, modern, and very comfortable apartment. The location was excellent, with just about everything conveniently close.

We spent four nights in a compact studio that was practical, fresh, and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged a 2.5-hour city tour for us, plus a full eight-hour day out to Cascais and Sintra, where we visited two fantastic castles. Thank you, João de Mello 🥰

The apartment was great for our family holiday, with a kitchen and all the appliances and utensils we needed. It stayed clean throughout our visit, and I gave the comfort the highest rating. Thanks to the reception and restaurant staff. It was lovely meeting you.

We had a great stay at ONJ and I'd happily come back to Lisbon and stay here again. The apartment was all ours on the ground floor, with a small living space, sofa bed and TV, plus a dining area for two. The bedroom was spacious, nicely arranged, and had a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. There was natural light throughout, and it felt cozy. We had what we needed for quick cooking, tea, and coffee, including a dishwasher and other small appliances. The front office staff were welcoming. Bruna and the front office supervisor, whose name I've forgotten, gave us helpful suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Room service was good, too. A couple of things didn't work well. We couldn't adjust the air conditioning because, they said, the whole property uses one setting. For what we paid, I feel we should have been able to set the temperature. It was manageable, but I had to switch the AC off in the middle of the night and turn it on again in the morning. The cold water in the bathroom also wasn't working, even after we told them a couple of times. The front office supervisor came to test it with us, but it still wasn't working at night. On the first day, the apartment was cleaned and everything put back in place while we were out. The next day, it didn't seem properly cleaned, perhaps because a different cleaner came. Everything looked just as we'd left it.
