It’s great value for money and just a few meters from Saldanha metro station, which is handy for the Red line. There’s no ramp or lift at reception, so you have to go up a few steps before reaching the elevator.

The rooms are very small, and the reception service was extremely poor when it came to communication. Check-in is at 3 PM exactly, with no chance of getting into the room even a minute earlier. Most of all, the customer service, willingness to cooperate, and welcome were all very bad.

The location was perfect, and having until noon to check out felt like a dream. I slept really well in the extremely cozy bed, and the modern room was clean, with a bathroom hygiene set and no plastic in the room. Our couple’s room was a little small, though I saw some larger ones. Breakfast wasn’t an enormous buffet, but the selection was just right, with good sweet and savory options and a few thoughtful extras. The woman looking after breakfast was extremely nice ❤️. One small thing, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff and manager were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They should get rid of the manager.

We stayed for three days, and the rooms were clean, with cleaning every day. The bathroom was quite small. We had breakfast too, though the food quality was poor. You can choose what you want to eat.
