The owner deserves a special mention. He was very kind and helped us when we were going through a difficult moment. We also found the rooms and shared spaces spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is affluent and close to all the amenities. Hugs, Graziano and Asia 😊

The bed was super comfortable, and Fernando, thank you for keeping this place so impeccable. The service was excellent.

The location worked really well for me. The city center is about a 20-minute walk, and the metro and bus stops are only three minutes away. Aldi is also a short walk, and there are two good restaurants across the quiet street. The setup is a little unusual, somewhere between a shared apartment and a house split into private rooms. My room was clean, well kept, and had a lock, which put me at ease. The kitchen, shower, and toilet were shared with just a few other people, so it stayed pleasant. The kitchen had all the equipment I needed, and the fridge made it easy to keep food and prepare meals. When a small issue came up with another tenant, the concierge service responded quickly, cleaned up, and reminded everyone about the house rules. That was handled professionally. I found the stay comfortable and convenient, and I’d happily recommend it.
