Olaias metro station is only about 15-20 steps from the hotel entrance, with easy connections to the airport and city centre. There’s also a large Pingo Doce supermarket right next door, so the location worked very well for us. We spent four nights here with my wife and our three-year-old daughter. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was quite good by European standards. We weren’t expecting a traditional Turkish breakfast. The receptionist who checked us in seemed rather unfriendly, but the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast team especially were all wonderful.

Breakfast ran from 6 to 10:30, with a pretty, spacious seating area and a nice range of food. The yogurt was especially delicious. Check-in was super quick, and a staff member helped us get a better room. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view over Lisbon. My first stay with Ramada was a good experience. We’d come back if we visit Lisbon again.

The staff are wonderful, the rooms immaculate, and the views gorgeous. Breakfast is a fantastic buffet, and there’s on-site parking. We also had enough outlets to charge all our devices overnight. This has become my go-to for weekend breaks in Lisbon, with a good location for getting to Campo Pequeno or Colorama.

The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to the station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included at this budget hotel, with a good choice and staff who refilled things quickly. Sleeping wasn’t so comfortable, though. The pillow was lumpy, and the towels and bedding looked a bit worn.

A pleasant atmosphere at this good hotel near Lisbon airport. Coming by car from southern Portugal was easy, and Olaias metro station is right across the street. From there it’s easy to reach the historic centre, the riverfront, and the airport.
