We were in town for work, but we'd happily return to The Felix 10 for a personal trip. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the hotel's style is lovely. Getting a coffee as soon as we arrived was a warm welcome. Great location too.

The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax after a day out, with a great view and an honesty bar stocked with carefully picked local wines. The Felix 10 sits just outside the tourist centre, behind a plain door that opens into a stunning hotel. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are attentive and ready to help. Even the scent in the corridors adds to the calm, welcoming feel. We were already telling people to stay here before we checked out.

The room was lovely, and it wasn't even the top tier. The furniture felt high end, the bed was so comfortable, and the sheets were incredibly soft. I also liked the soaking tub. Every detail, from the wallpaper and lamps to the couch, tables, and flooring, looked just right. The bathroom fixtures were high quality too. The shower pressure was like a massage, and the water stayed really hot. After 30 years in Construction, I notice these basics, including the boiler, hot water heater, and very cold A/C. They got those right. The owner gave us a professional tour, took time to explain how things worked, and showed us what we needed to know. They provided a garage for our car and helped with all our luggage. The whole place was immaculate, clean, and luxurious, and the location was great. I also felt completely safe from the entrance to the room, though the area itself felt fine without that security. Everyone seemed to have thought of everything. Don't keep searching, just book it. You'll thank me and Felix 10.

Even though it was just one night, the thoughtful care and comfort made it feel like a longer visit. The owner let me check out at 1pm at no extra charge and gave me useful tips for places to eat and more. I also loved the sea views from the terrace, plus the snug lounge and outdoor area downstairs. I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again next time I'm in lisbon.
