A bus stops right by the building entrance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, so getting around was easy. The location is excellent. My room was okay, though the curtains and linens were very old. I heard knocking from the neighboring room at night. The hot water setup needs checking too, since my warm shower suddenly turned cold.

Late at night, just before bed, I saw something moving toward one of my friends. It was a bed bug, and all the beds turned out to be infested. We had to leave the apartment because we feared for our health. Nothing was clean, and there were nail clippings and hair left by previous visitors. I suffered significant harm to my health as a result and couldn't complete the stay. When the owner answered and heard what had happened, they hung up without a word.

“Goodnight, and keep the bedbugs under the pillow.” Every bed was infested, and the other residents and I had no choice but to sleep in the bathroom because we couldn't find another place. The owner hung up as soon as we explained the problem. Sanepid will hear about it, especially since I can see I wasn't the only one to have this issue.

We spotted cockroaches and bedbugs late at night. Once the people responsible for the rooms heard us speaking English, they hung up. The owner hasn't replied on Booking. Don't stay here unless you like cockroaches and bedbugs.
