The service was terrible, and so were the rooms. When I complained about the room, they moved me, but the replacement was hardly any better. I left after 10 minutes because I don't think these rooms deserve to be called a hotel or are suitable for tourists. It was very bad, and I wouldn't recommend staying overnight. My rating is 0000.

It's in a great spot and the price is fairly low. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, though, and the old bathroom pipes smell bad. Everything feels dated and needs renovation. Fine for a quick, last-minute night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The toilet started flooding within 10 seconds of my getting into the shower, and it smelled awful the whole time. The odor spread through the room. I paid a lot and expected something decent, so I absolutely hated it and wouldn't recommend it. I only stayed there once, though.

The staff were nice to me, and the place felt safe. The rooms were cleaned well, but they still had stains and everything was old and in disrepair. For someone coming from the US, the price may seem high, but it’s actually modest for Lisboa. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, it works. Anyone expecting a hotel room by US standards should avoid it. You can only justify $60-70/night USD here by European standards.

The location is good, but my stay was really bad. The hotel felt outdated, maybe it was one of the best back in the 90s. The bed was very dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere.
