A spacious, comfortable studio in a central spot, easy to get around on foot or by transport. I used buses, trains, and ferries. Staff communication was good, and the little welcome touches and parting gifts were much appreciated. Thanks again.

The building has a lot of character and is very well kept. That 300+ year-old entry door is something else. Our rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Check-in was smooth, and staff communicated efficiently and warmly. The location is ideal, close to tourist spots and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the worst stays I've had. The place felt like a shopfront converted into a room, and the water didn't work during the two days we were there, so none of us could shower. The AC also wasn't cooling. Everything seemed makeshift, as if the space was never meant to be used as a room. It's on the ground floor of a busy neighborhood with bars. At night we heard people yelling and breaking glass outside, and a procession of more than 50 people in jeans passed just outside. Half the front of the room is glass. We were offered another room an hour before check-in, but reaching it meant going out onto the street and entering from a different side entrance, so we declined. There was no customer service from 9pm to 9am. The emergency number only said the repair person would be available at 9am. Since we needed to leave around 8am and had no water, there was nothing they could do. Calling this a place to stay is fraud, to say the least. Avoid it and save your holiday. Lisbon is full of proud, respectful, good people, and the people running this place are definitely not among them.

The apartment worked so well for our family. We were there with the kids and had everything we needed, and the staff was easy to reach whenever we needed help. It was super clean, too, and a great base for getting around Lisbon. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in.
