The hosts made us feel welcome from the start, left a range of treats, and were always reachable by email. They also arranged reliable airport transport at a reasonable price. Our apartment, number 14, sat right above the arch on Rua Augusta, with a view of Rossio plaza. The building has an elevator, which helped with our bags, though there are 3 or 4 steps before it and about 6 or 7 inside the apartment between the bedroom and living room, so that could be difficult if you have limited mobility. Inside, it was spotless and elegantly decorated. The living room and bedroom were quiet behind modern double-paned windows, and we slept well in the large, comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. The kitchenette was fully equipped and set in the spacious living room. The pedestrian street, with its shops and restaurants, is right nearby. Such a beautiful place to stay in Lisbon, and we’d happily recommend it.

We could get around Lisbon easily from here, with a metro station and tram stop very close by, and there was plenty of room to relax in the spacious, comfortable apartment. The management team really stood out, checking in often to see if things were going well and sharing nearby restaurant recommendations. A lovely choice if you want apartment space and plan to explore on foot or by public transport. Thanks for the great service!

We were a family of four, and the apartment felt like our home while we were in Lisbon. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. The place is just off a pretty plaza, with good food and shops nearby. We could walk to the shore, which was an amazing experience with beautiful views, and Uber rides to the sights were all reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it if you're heading to Lisbon.

We’ve stayed at Residentas Arco do Bandeira twice now and plan to return. The location is hard to beat, and the staff were quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer we really needed. It was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend.

Shopping, restaurants, and souvenir shops are right outside, so exploring Lisbon from these apartments was easy. Our friends and family stayed at Arco de Bandeiro in the city center, and the apartments were spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The customer service was attentive and friendly throughout. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Lisbon.
