The parking listing was misleading and really frustrating. We picked the hotel because it advertised parking, but ended up paying an extra 30 Euro per day for a public garage. Although it's near Rossio Square, the particular street felt unsafe and uncomfortable to us. There were lots of homeless people and suspicious groups gathered nearby, and none of us felt safe walking alone. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was too small, and the hair dryer didn't work very well. Sound insulation wasn't great either, we could clearly hear people talking and moving around next door and upstairs. The front desk staff were nice, but otherwise everything felt mediocre.

It isn't what I'd call a four-star property, but we really enjoyed our recent 3+1 night stay. The rooms are cozy, clean, and nice, and staff are there 24 hours a day. There are rooms over five floors. You're right by St Domenic church and Rossio Square, within walking distance of many city attractions. Rossio Metro station and the train station are very close too, with trains to Sintra and Cascais. There are plenty of places to eat, and the original Ginjinha Espinheira, an 185 year old establishment, is just meters away. To catch the famous Tram 28, Maritim Moniz stop is less than five minutes away on foot. A great place to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, a standard size but with plenty of usable space. They’re well soundproofed, too. The hotel sits on a little street of souvenir shops, right in the center and just meters from the metro. Rossio Square and Figueira Square are very close.

The hotel is in a decent location, but the area around it is full of junkies and people who made me feel uneasy. Water always floods out of the shower in the room. They should clean the water pipes from time to time.
