We had a balcony room looking out over the park, and the place felt spacious while still being cozy. Daily room cleaning and paid laundry are available, and the women at reception were really nice. I especially liked the apartment-style setup for friends: there's a shared entrance and hallway, but each room has its own door. You can sit together in the corridor to chat, or shut your doors for more privacy. We had such a good stay. Highly recommend it!

It's very clean, and the bathroom is great. The hotel is nice for a budget trip, but there's no AC in the rooms, and the old terrace door lets wind in. If it's very hot or cold outside, staying here could be uncomfortable.

The sound carries a lot, both from the street and from other guests, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. For deep sleepers, I'd recommend it. It's a lovely old building in a great central spot, with cute room decor, very clean rooms, and staff who were helpful and absolutely lovely.

The balcony and its view were probably my favorite part. The location is great, roughly between the popular neighborhoods, and the hosts and staff are welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean too. The shower was a little fiddly and could be better, but it did eventually get warm and give good water pressure.
