The room was comfortable, with lovely original details and shutters that open onto a beautiful view over Lisboa. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, and the arrival instructions were excellent. The 10 euro extra charge for getting in after 10pm felt a bit steep, though. Meire greeted us the next morning and was so lovely, friendly, and helpful. I’d happily recommend the hotel, and hope she’s there to welcome you too.

The apartment is really luxurious, but the shower didn’t work because the switch was missing. The plumbing also needs attention.
