The 16 rooms make the most of the building's unique architecture, and the design is gorgeous and thoughtfully done. Davvero, the restaurant, was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. What really set the stay apart, though, was the warm, service-minded team, including Anna, Maria, Rafael, and so many others. It felt beautiful, relaxing, luxurious, and easy, with a personal style rather than a cookie-cutter one.

Sublime had a distinctive look, from the design of the hotel to the room setup, and the staff were wonderful. They offered lots of quality suggestions for restaurants and wine bars, and breakfast was delicious. With so many hotels in Lisbon, there's no need to overthink it. Choose Sublime!

I don't usually review hotels, but everyone here deserves the praise, from the hospitality and attention to detail to the restaurant, bar staff, waiters, chef, and the rest of the team. You all made my Lisbon trip memorable. The hotel was also good value compared with overpriced places right next door. I normally would have stayed at one of those for twice the price, but they were booked, and I'm so glad they were. Thanks for making this a trip to remember!

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. The location isn't in “downtown,” but everything is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. What really makes Sublime special is the service. The manager and team made it feel like home. This is what five stars means to me, and after such a wonderful experience, I had to leave my first hotel review. You won't regret booking here.

Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious, a great way to start each day. Sublime Lisboa is a gem, with a beautiful restaurant and a lovely atmosphere throughout. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean, and the staff were so helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!
