Teatro Bed & Breakfast

A lovely little hotel in an excellent location, with interesting room designs. Just a warning, it's winter season and there's no AC in the rooms.

I booked the suite and had the worst stay. The staff were not helpful at all. The carpets and bed sheets were dirty, curtain rods and lamp shades were broken, shower pressure was extremely low, and there was no hot water. Horrible experience. Don't recommend it, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

The location is amazing, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is badly maintained. The room had a terrible smell we couldn't get rid of, even with the windows open. The sink kept flooding because the pipes were clogged, and the toilet didn't flush properly. The shower and bathroom are split up by glass walls, so whoever you're sharing the room with can see you using them. There were stains on the bedding, and over our four-day stay we didn't get fresh towels. They provide soap but no shampoo or other toiletries. Nights were incredibly loud, from both the street and the hotel itself, so I can't recommend it if you want restful sleep. The advertised high-speed Wi-Fi didn't work at all.

The room looked nice when I arrived, but there were no curtains and it was very bright. It had mirrors on the walls, and at sunrise, around 6, other hotel rooms could look straight into the fully mirrored room. No privacy, no sleep. I was only there one night and won't return. Reception was meant to open at 6, but nobody answered the phone. I went down at 06:40 and no one was there. At 7, a receptionist told me the curtains were arriving that day, that the hotel was fully booked, and that nobody else had complained. The basic thing a hotel should provide, a place to sleep, wasn't there. Worst hotel experience I've had, and I absolutely don't recommend it.
