We’d travelled from the US on a red-eye with a baby, so I asked if we could check in early. Marta said it was possible for an extra 40 euros. I pointed out that early check-in wasn’t on the list of extra charges, as your customer service team had confirmed in Airbnb messages. When I offered to talk by phone, Marta responded with a noticeable attitude and unprofessionalism. The customer service felt unprofessional and emotionally charged, which is not what I expect from an Airbnb stay. I hope this feedback leads to better treatment for future guests. In my reply, I said you weren’t sincere or honest. You wanted 40 euros for a two-hour early check-in, even though your side had requested it and said it would be possible, as shown in the screenshot. When I didn’t agree, your moody manager told me on the phone she wasn’t happy with my message. The Airbnb community can read the messages and see the screenshots, then decide for themselves.
