The location worked well, with buses making everything easy to reach. We stayed four nights in apartment one, which met our expectations. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly, and there was a breakfast set of pâté and crackers on the table, plus a bottle of wine in the fridge. Inside, though, there were a few spots where it felt like we might bump our heads. The building entrance uses a keypad and is quite narrow. The stairs were short and steep too, making them a bit dangerous with heavy luggage.

LX Factory is just a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We also found the 714 bus an easy way to get into central Lisbon. The apartment was a great value and suited all six of us perfectly. I'd recommend staying here.

The apartment was damp and run down, and the photos don't show what it's like now. The location is handy for getting to LX Factory.

We had a good three-day stay in a renovated apartment. The bathroom, bedroom, and living room were all fine, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Getting around was easy too: bus 714 stops right outside and quickly connects you with Belém and the city center. The place sits roughly between the two. I found free parking nearby without trouble, and there’s also an open lot next door for 10 Euros a day. Traffic and planes from the airport were the one downside, since they made it noisy.
