We could get around Lisbon easily because the Turim Boulevard Hotel is right by the metro, in a very safe neighborhood full of cafes and places to eat. The location is five-star, and the room was clean and quiet. Several things were broken on arrival, though: the telephone, coffee machine, and a bidet that was leaking. They did get fixed, but only after a full day. The staff were polite, but follow-through was poor. They didn't contact me when the room was ready, despite my request, and I had to call two or three times to get basic things like water or cutlery delivered. The hotel has a good base with its location and clean rooms, but the unreliable handling of simple requests and maintenance brings the stay down to average.

We had a lovely view and a spacious, very nice room with most things we needed. The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Reception was great, and the staff were amazing and friendly. During our anniversary stay, they surprised us with cake and fruit, which made us feel special and happy. Many thanks for the kind hospitality and treats. Highly recommend this hotel.

They even lent us umbrellas on a rainy day, a small gesture that meant a lot. The location in a beautiful part of Lisbon also made it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and sights. TURIM Boulevard Hotel was stunning, modern, beautifully designed, and kept immaculate. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax. The service really stood out: the gentleman at the door warmly welcomed us and helped with our bags, and the front desk attendant made check-in and checkout smooth. Every interaction felt attentive and genuine. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

I stayed four nights in September/October 2025 and would happily come back. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were pleasant. My good-sized room faced Avenue de Liberdade, but the soundproofed balcony door kept out the main-road noise. It was cleaned well each day. Management also left wine and cakes as a complimentary birthday gift, which was unexpected and a lovely touch. The Metro station is directly across from the hotel, very convenient.

The kindness and genuinely caring manner of Isabella da Silva made a real difference to my stay. She was professional, friendly, and always helpful. I’m grateful to the hotel management for bringing such a lovely person onto the team.
