Upon Angels - Adults Only

The staff were so kind and hospitable, huge thanks to Gabriel, Raissa, and Bruna for making our stay so enjoyable. I didn't get to try breakfast, but I'm sure it's up to a high standard. After long days and nights out, the pillows were exactly what I needed, soft and fluffy, and I slept wonderfully every night. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a small, relaxing pool and a lovely mural on the outdoor terrace. The rooms feel even more beautiful and high quality for the value. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much, Upon Angels. Hope to see you again!

Gabriel and the front desk team made us feel so welcome, with warm, attentive service that really stood out. Our room was spotless and comfortable after long days, and we left feeling relaxed and looked after. Everything about the stay was great. We’ll be back and would happily recommend the hotel. Thanks to Gabriel and everyone for making it memorable!

The room was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, and had great lighting. It felt like good value for the standard. The woman and Brazilian man at the desk were really lovely and helpful. My one concern was the neighborhood, where quite a few interesting people were hanging around in the street. Still, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

The shower has no door, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. The room was also very dim, and some things were broken, including the wardrobe handle and the bathroom tap valve, despite how bright and attractive the place looks. We’d emailed a couple of days ahead to ask for an iron, but had to bring it up again at check-in. The request still wasn’t dealt with, so we went to reception to get one ourselves, and the iron was in poor condition. Room service was inefficient overall. The reality didn’t match what we expected.
