Vila Intendente - Apartamento 2 Quartos

The apartment was okay, though it had no cutlery. Luckily, people in our group had a different apartment and lent us theirs. The sofa bed in the lounge was broken, and even though we reported it, nobody came to fix it, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. Breakfasts were good, but they were delivered to only one of our three apartments. The area of Lisbon wasn't particularly nice.

The pool was clean and chlorinated; the slight discoloration of the lining at the edge didn’t match reports of green water. We could smell curry in the stairwell, but not inside our apartment. The place itself was spotless, breakfast was great, and management replied quickly whenever we needed something. The location worked perfectly for us, with the airport nearby and the port an easy walk away. The air conditioning worked well, though I switched it off once the weather cooled. We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

Our booking was cancelled right as we arrived to check in, which was especially difficult with two young kids. They offered another apartment, but it had just one bedroom and wasn’t nearby. We waited on a pleasant terrace, though the pool was empty. The neighborhood seemed okay.

Breakfast was the real highlight, easily worth five stars. The apartment looked nice, had good equipment, and the pool was fine. Communication was okay too, though the QR code didn’t work, so we had to wait until the next morning to get the password. The location is handy, with the metro and 28E close by. There were three of us, and one person was light enough to sleep on the living room sofa. I can’t see it being comfortable for two regular-sized adults, even though the place is supposed to suit four. The area is fine, but the back side gets very noisy. The windows shut tightly, so keep in mind that sleeping with them open probably won’t work.
