Vincci Baixa Suites Apartments

Getting a taxi or rideshare during my stay was a little difficult, though I can't tell whether that was because of the event or just Lisbon. When I arrived, a marathon meant no taxis or rideshares would take me from the train station to the hotel, so I had to haul my luggage over cobblestones. That's not the hotel's fault, but useful to know. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my clean, comfortable room had a big cozy bed. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything.

My room was comfortable and had a balcony, and I really liked the old school movies. The staff were welcoming and even helped me with the bus, thank you! It was a great location and just right for the trip I had planned. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back :)

The front desk service was horrible. At a decent hotel in a good location, staff should know how to treat paying guests. They charged me incorrect prices and withheld my baggage. Pedro, the supervisor in particular, gave me cold stares, made rude remarks at checkout, and showed poor hospitality. Management should retrain him or hire someone better. It's a shame, because the stay would've been better otherwise.

The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city, and breakfast had pretty much everything you need. The location is excellent, right in the center and only a few blocks from wherever you need to go.
